I offer a yoga practice which is open to people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength, and relaxation. Private sessions can be done at one's home, backyard, a park or beach allowing for flexibility and good weather.
We will focus on:
- body awareness through movement
- flexibility and strengthening
- deep relaxation and guided meditation
Creating a personal practice at home can be quite challenging. With all of your favorite distractions around you, it can be hard to stay focused. However, with a little help from me, we can create a calming and peaceful atmosphere in which to build your practice. The more the merrier with yoga, feel free to invite friends, siblings, neighbors, or anyone willing to practice.
